The data controller for your personal data is the company identified at the top of this page.

What we process

The following data is processed through this website and the Swalk Club app:

• If you fill in the franchise application form: name, email, phone, city and district, together with anything you choose to write in the form.
• If you use the Swalk Club app: your account details, order history, wallet transactions and loyalty points.
• For card payments, a transaction record. We never see or store the card number, expiry date or security code; those go straight to the payment provider.

Why we process it

To take and prepare orders, collect payment, handle refunds and complaints, run the loyalty programme, assess franchise applications and meet legal obligations.

No commercial electronic message is sent without your explicit consent.

Who we share it with

Data may be passed, only as far as the service requires and under contract, to the payment provider, to app and hosting providers, and to public authorities where the law requires it.

Personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and until the end of the limitation and retention periods set by law; after that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of Law no. 6698 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, ask for correction if it is incomplete or wrong, ask for deletion or destruction, ask that these steps be notified to third parties the data was transferred to, object to a result reached against you solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage.

Cookies

This website does not track visitors. No advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party tracking code. The site is entirely static; the only place that collects anything from you is the franchise application form.
